Job Details
Community Care – A community care lawyer is required by a Hampshire law firm. The successful community care lawyer will join a community care team dedicated to providing legal advice and assistance to clients relating to Health and Social Care.
The community care lawyer, ideally, will have some knowledge of Community Care / Public law (adults and children) and Court of Protection work. Experience in Mental Health matters.
The case load will involve work NHS Continuing Care claims, disability discrimination, mental health, housing, welfare and safeguarding.
Salary dependent upon experience.
