Job Details
Tremendous opportunity for a Junior - Mid Level Court of Protection Solicitor to join this Top 200 listed UK law firm and form part of a wider Legal 500 listed Private Client team.
Ideally you will have gained experience of dealing with a Court of Protection caseload, however candidates who have dealt with significant Court of Protection experience as part of a wider Private Client caseload will also be considered.
The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with matters such as; professional deputyship work, applications to the Court of Protection, advice to families regarding LPAs, knowledge of care funding options and some experience of dealing with Personal Injury trust matters. This firm are a forward thinking practice and have a UK wide client base with the Manchester office focusing on some of the more affluent clients in the North West.
This role is predominantly a fee earning role however you will also act as a 'Number 2' in the department and will be deputising for a Partner when they are engaged on management duties. Whilst prior management experience isn't essential, it would prove useful for this role.
Salary will be based on PQE level however will start at the £35k level for a 2 year PQE Solicitor.
