Top 100, heavyweight regional firm are looking to recruit a construction NQ solicitor into their well regarded construction department in Leeds.

This firm have a strong reputation for their offering in construction and are seeking to appoint an additional construction lawyer who is able to demonstrate solid construction fee earning expedience, either as part of their training contract or whilst working as a paralegal prior to commencing a training contract. Suitable applicants will be NQ-1 year PQE, with newly qualified candidates being able to demonstrate that they have undertaken a seat in construction work. The firm likes its fee earners at all levels to have good communication skills so as to quickly create rapport with clients and trusted relationships with colleagues and so having that confidence and enthusiasm is important.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to give technical yet practical advice, taking into account the commercial realities under which clients operate. Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
