High profile team and firm is looking to strength their Commercial Property offering with the appointment of an NQ level solicitor.
 
The firm have high net worth clients from both the private and public sector and the firm truly recognises the needs of their clients.
 
Ideally you will have strong academics and trained or gained experience within a city firm. Applications from relocators will be considered but you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the East Midlands.
 
Working alongside partners and senior associates you will advise on all aspects of commercial property law - including development, land transactions, conversion projects, acquisitions and disposals, site redevelopment, landlord and tenant matters and much more.
 
You will get access to some of the firm's key clients and you will be encouraged to find solutions for them. You will also get exposure to very high net worth complex deals. You will also get the chance to liaise closely with some of the firms' other commercial departments.
 
At this NQ-2 years PQE stage you'll appreciate the partner contact and support you'll get when cutting your teeth with major clients.
