This reputed client are looking to recruit an additional solicitor to join their commercial property team in Taunton. 
 
You should have at least 1 year PQE, having already handled commercial property work within another law firm.  
 
In this role you will advise on a broad caseload, being involved in development projects for large and small developers. You will work with some very established clients including investment companies and lenders who have used the firm for years. 
 
Solicitors who are looking to advise over and above the normal service levels are encouraged to apply. You will work very closely with your clients, becoming a trusted advisor for all their real estate needs. You will be commercially aware, presenting well thought out and innovative solutions.
 
This is a high performing team, and you will also be involved in business development to bring in your own clients. You will be fully supported in this regard and you will be a key player in the continued success and growth of the department.
