Commercial Property Solicitor

My client is a successful regional firm with offices in London and Newbury.

Due to continued growth and increased caseloads they are looking for a Commercial Property solicitor to join their thriving commercial property team in newbury which comprises of eight people to include partners, solicitors and support staff.

This is a rare opportunity for somebody to join an enthusiastic team and really take their career to the next level with good quality work and an interesting and dynamic caseload.

The successful candidate will be 0 to 3 years PQE and have a background in commercial property work.

This vacancy provides an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or recently qualified solicitor to work in a highly successful department with very experienced solicitors who have high quality clients with an interesting and varied case load.

You will have an existing caseload to maintain from the offset but will have the support and guidance of very experienced and team orientated lawyers.

As a commercial property solicitor in this team you will work on a range of transactions for a diverse client base to include but not limited to; acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, landlord and tenant, lease and lease renewals, agricultural land and buildings along with property development work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and experienced team in a well established CQS, WIQS and Lexcel accredited firm.

On offer is a competitive salary upwards of 35K.
