Job Details
This is an opportunity for you to join the healthcare team of a national, top tier, legal 500 law firm based in Manchester. You will work in the capacity of associate, providing legal advice and services to the NHS and other healthcare organisations. You will be working alongside specialist healthcare lawyers for NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts, amongst other clients.
You will be working as an associate within the healthcare/clinical negligence team, handling your own diverse caseload of clinical negligence matters, from instruction to completion. You may also be given the opportunity to be seconded to local hospital trusts and NHS resolution.
The successful candidate will likely be 2-5yrs PQE working within a clinical negligence/healthcare as part of a renowned/Legal 500 ranked team, and have gained experience in the entire life cycle of a claim. Defendant experience is desirable, but not essential.
