The Role

Because this award winning, innovative firm are expanding, they are looking for a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor (5+ Years Experience) to join their flourishing Property department in Brighton, East Sussex.

The Commercial Property department deals with a wide range of Property issues, including: buying and selling land, business tenancies and leases, Stamp Duty Land Tax, registration of a lease at the Land Registry upon completion, estate development, plot sales, Option Agreements, Finance Agreements, Construction Warranties, and advising banks and burrowers on investment portfolios.

You will work on a very interesting, varied and mid to high value case load, and be given the support, tools and encouragement required to business develop and market for the firm, and to grow your client base to new heights in a progressive, supportive, high tech environment.

The team is supported by an industry leading, award winning Property Litigation team, who are always on hand to deal with Property disputes.
