Commercial Solicitor - 3-5 Days per Week (Flexible)
Salary: £30,000-£60,000
Location: Merseyside or Manchester
Qualification: Opportunities for NQ, 3-5 PQE and 7-10 PQE

Our client is looking to take on a host of commercial solicitors with various levels of experience to provide dedicated commercial contract advice to one of their new clients which is involved in the technical sector.
The candidate will be working closely with the in-house legal team at the new client to provide drafting, negotiation and reviewing advice in respect to their commercial contracts.
This is officially a law firm, although the firm is modeled on an in-house environment, and the culture here is excellent. There are no time recording targets, or business development to do, and you will get a good amount of autonomy in this role away from a typical law firm traditional structure.
The successful candidate will be able to:
* Provide dedicated advice in all types of commercial contracts.
* Perform legal and compliance due diligence analysis.
* Identify issues and make recommendations to create solutions.
* Ensure the corporate interests of the business are protected and enhanced.
* To develop and maintain precedents.
* Manage and maintain the standards and development of the junior members of the team.
