Company Commercial Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join this well known Legal 500 firm based in Greenwich, London with a view to Partnership. This role comes with succession planning in mind with the pending retirement of the current Company Commercial Partner.

This full multi-service practice has grown in recent times and now stand at 50 specialist lawyers dealing with a range of Private and Commercial clientele. The firm is seeking a new Company Commercial Solicitor to join their flourishing Greenwich, London office.

The Role

You will join the busy Commercial department who act for fast growing entrepreneurial businesses, developers and investors, charities and academies. You will work cohesively with the Partner with a view for succession planning. You will run a broad caseload of; advising on starting and running a business, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, solvent restructuring, shareholder agreements and franchises. This role is excellent opportunity to join a growing department and be at the forefront of this firms' commercial arm.

This role offers an excellent platform for progression, including a route to Partnership

Requirements

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 6 years PQE
• Supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential
• You will possess an excellent technical knowledge
• You will have good people skills and have the ability to build solid client relationships
• You should have a keen interest in being involved in the firms' future growth
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience but is at market rate, plus an excellent benefits package
