Our client is an innovative and award winning firm based in Essex. A recognised Legal 500 and Chambers UK ranked firm - they are looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor on a full time permanent basis. Our client is a vibrant, successful law firm renowned for providing professional yet personal service.
Dedicated to commercial dispute resolution, this firm are trusted by leading UK and global companies and entrepreneurs to advice on resolution of complex, high value commercial disputes including (but not limited to): business to business disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, defamation, injunctions, shareholder disputes and property litigation. Experience in contentious insolvency or probate matters would be valuable but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor, FILEX or equivalent with upwards of 5 years' PQE who has substantial commercial acumen and ambition to progress into a leadership position.
