Locum Residential Property Lawyer

A highly regarded Legal 500 practice requires a Locum Residential Property Lawyer to join them in June for a period of 3 months in duration. The successful candidate will pick up a full Residential Property caseload and assist whilst the firm recruits on a permanent basis.

Being based in an affluent area, the firm is looking for a lawyer who has experience in handling high value transactions and liaising with High Net Worth Clients. Providing a high standard of service to their clients is of utmost importance.

The successful candidate will be joining an established team with a strong reputation in the market. There will be secretarial support available as well.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in handling a full Residential Property caseload to include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; transfers of equity; re-mortgages; leases and lease extensions; developments and liaising with High Net Worth Clientele.

The firm is prepared to pay competitive hourly rates in order to secure suitable cover.

Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licenced Conveyancers and candidates qualified by experience are encouraged to apply.
