Residential Conveyancer - Up to 5 years PQE

Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive/Conveyancing Fee Earner/Property Lawyer/Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Due to continued growth and ongoing successes, my client is looking for somebody who has been qualified for less than five years and who wishes to build on their existing experience by working in our professional and proficient conveyancing team.

The ideal candidate will have at least NQ - 5 years PQE from a leading high street, regional or specialist conveyancing practice and have significant residential property experience. The current team handle a wide range of conveyancing issues, including buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties as well as lease extensions, transfers of equity and development work. You must have experience of handling the legal aspects of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish whether its freehold or leasehold properties.

For this role you will be managing a varied case-load so it's important that you stay calm under pressure and can effectively time management your tasks and work to strict deadlines.
