Business Service Administrator required at great local authority based in London.

As a Business Service Administrator, you will be supporting with the administration and improvement of key systems and processes in the Legal Services Department. Daily work duties may include:

  • Updating records on case management systems
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients to resolve payment issues
  • Preparing time schedules to enable timely and accurate billing, invoicing and recharging
  • Reviewing processes to ensure that they meet business requirements
  • Preparing excel pivot table reports for clients and legal managers

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and apply your finance and legal skills within a local authority, while earning a competitive salary. The offices are well located, close by to good motorway and public transport links.

The successful candidate will have the ambition and motivation to build a successful career within the Legal Services Division, while being able to make a positive contribution to the team.

Previous experience of business and finance systems is desirable, however this is not essential as full training on the council's legal systems and processes will be provided.
