THE ROLE
The firm is keen to recruit a commercial property solicitor with around NQ-3PQE
Matters will include:
Acquisitions & disposals
Large scale land projects involving options & promotion agreements
Drafting, negotiating, terminating & renewing commercial leases
Investigating & resolving issues of title to property including the registration of unregistered land
Property finance & securitisation
Planning law
THE PERSON
* NQ-3PQE commercial property solicitor
* Possibly a London lawyer looking to relocate to Kent
* Team player with a commercial approach
