My West Yorkshire client has a requirement for a Residential Conveyancer to work as part of a small Property team but a wider Property team Regionally. Salary is competitive and depends on experience.

Day to day you will have lots of client contact, dealing with their conveyancing matter from initial instruction through to post completion, there will be some support but this is a smaller Regional office.

You will be working for one of the regions success stories having grown over the past 12 months! They have not only established themselves as one of the leading legal firms in the region, they have a great team and excellent working conditions.

The ideal candidate will bring with them some solid conveyancing experience. Ideally you will be currently handling your own caseload of sales and purchase, with a good understanding of leasehold, freehold, shared ownership and development work. My client will consider candidates who are qualified or qualified through experience and salary will depend upon experience!
