Commercial Property Solicitor - St Neots.
A well respected and multi service law firm are looking to recruit into their commercial property team with the recruitment of an experienced solicitor.
The successful candidate will be working alongside a current lawyer as part of the team dealing with matters such as acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property finance and development matters across many different sectors
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be able to work as part of a small team as well as autonomously and therefore this role would be suitable for those with upwards of 7 years PQE in dealing with commercial property matters. Experience of dealing with other corporate or commercial work would be beneficial but not essential
