ROLE: Residential Conveyancer
LOCATION: St. Albans
SALARY:£30,000 - £40,000
EMPLOYMENT: Permanent
HOURS: Full time
LEVEL OF EXP: 3 PQE +

Our client has been serving the people of Hertfordshire for over fifty years. They deal with a range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters including the sale and purchase of properties, remortgaging and the acquisition and disposal of land, plots and units. They also hold CQS and Lexcel accreditations. Due to expansion and growth our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their offices in St. Albans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running a varied residential caseload and will be expected to run this case load from inception to post completion. The sucessful candidate must be used to dealing with a high volume of residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties. The deparment has established relationships with major clients therefore, business development & client care will also be a major part of this role.
