A vacancy has now arisen for an ambitious Construction Paralegal in London, with access to good transport links and local amenities.

The Role
A fantastic opportunity for a Construction Paralegal has now arisen in a forward-thinking London practice on a full-time basis. Supporting fee earners, you will have first-class client care skills and communicate in a clear and concise manner at all times. Your duties will include: drafting legal documents; preparing contracts; telephony; liaising with clients and other professionals; file management and; general administrative duties. The successful Paralegal will be proactive and possess a detail-oriented approach to their work. You will also undertake business development and networking initiatives as part of your duties. The role is offered on a permanent or temporary, full-time basis.

The Candidate
Ideally, a Paralegal with previous experience from a reputable construction department.
Ability to prepare and draft various legal documents is essential.
Willingness to participate in business development initiatives forms part of your duties.
Proactive with a detail-oriented approach to your work.
Work well as part of a team and on own initiative.
Demonstrate excellent client skills and communicate in clear and concise manner.
