This is a very flexible role and would suit someone who is able to work to their own initiative, bringing their own client base.
The firm are looking for an Employment Solicitor with 1 -7 years PQE, it would equally suit a Consultant Solicitor who wishes to divide their time between home and office working. The way the firm is structured each solicitor is a specialist in their own chosen field, they work independently on their own caseload servicing their own clients. This would suit an individual who would like to focus on their own workload and clients, whilst being surrounded by like-minded individuals as part of a larger team. This is a client facing role and allows you the ability to make it your own. It is vital that you are able to draw upon your own clients and referrals as a starting base.
The salary will be competitive and will offer a good bonus structure (with also the potential for a good profit share).
