This firm are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their Brentford office
The Role

You will join a busy Residential Property department that has an excellent reputation within the local market and has strong relationships with local agents and other referrers. You will manage your own caseload of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, right to buy and new build properties. You will have your own office in which to work from and be encouraged to be actively involved in the firms' marketing and networking events. You will also receive support in the way of your own Secretary.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression with a route

Requirements

• 
  You will be a Residential Conveyancer with at least one years' PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
• 
  You will have experience of running your own busy Residential Property caseload.
• 
  A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• 
  You should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term client relationships
• 
  Salary is negotiable depending on experience, although is at market rate and comes with an excellent benefit package.
