The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) or Legal Executive to join their flourishing Residential Property team in their prestigious Eastbourne office, East Sussex.

The Residential Property team deals with work including: freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build as well as handling lease extensions, probate sales and other requirements such as declarations of trust, transfers of equity, remortgages and assents.

You will work on a varied case load that is high net worth and diverse, and work alongside some of the best and forward thinking Solicitors and Partners in the industry.

You will have an opportunity to business develop for the firm and build a base of estate agents and connections to help make you a Residential Property success on the South Coast.
