They are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their expanding team in Bristol.

The work is varied and interesting with a focus on:

• Incorrectly prescribed medicines
• Mistakes during surgery
• Delay in diagnosis, misdiagnosis or failure to diagnose
• Failure to adequately warn of the risks of treatment
• Pressure or  bed sores
• Defective products, such as hip joints and other implants
• Substandard cosmetic surgery

There is also a specialist team that handles birth injury matters.

The successful Solicitor will have experience of handling a caseload of litigated Clinical Negligence matters from inception to completion. You will work as part of a strong team with support from Paralegals.

Applications are invited from ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitors and CILEX looking for solid professional development; working on a quality caseload while being guided by Associates and Partners who are considered to be leaders in their field.

As Clinical Negligence Solicitor you will be 1+ years PQE and looking to progress your career.
