Impressive top tier law frim in Essex is looking for an experienced, Corporate Solicitor who is looking for the step up in their career.
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an established, Corporate Solicitor to join the 1st tier ranked Corporate Commercial department of a market leading firm in Essex.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience dealing with a broad range of non-contentious corporate work, including corporate mergers, acquisitions, disposals, corporate governance, shareholders agreements and joint ventures. You will possess a solid career history working at strong and will also have a good knowledge of the local area.
