A very strong Legal 500 listed practice is eager to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to its Dispute Resolution Team and be based at the firms' office in Solihull.

This firm is able to boast a national client base and specialises in a broad number of practice areas to include family, private client, company and commercial, finance, commercial and residential property and general litigation to name but a few and has over 20 offices throughout the country offering national coverage to a number of household name commercial entities and private individuals alike.

The Commercial Litigation Team is highly regarded and as a consequence of growth is now looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at either NQ level right through to around 3 years' PQE. If an NQ, you will have undertaken a seat within commercial litigation and will ideally have gained pre-qualification in the sector within a paralegal role.

You will have experience of dealing with anything from general contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and broader corporate litigation matters. You will be able to handle your own caseload from the start of your employment and will also be able to assist the Head of Department on much more complex and technically challenging matters which will go some way to improving your technical skills.

The firm is looking for someone who is ambitious and enthusiastic about forging a career within the dispute resolution sector and who has an analytical mind with an eye for detail. You will be a confident communicator and as well as a robust litigator whilst at the same time be able to provide a first-class client service.
