Liverpool City Council is looking to recruit an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a busy team to advise the local authority on all aspects of social care and health in a demanding yet rewarding working environment.

The successful post holder will need to be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

You will require extensive working knowledge of the law relating to adult social care and health, mental health, deprivation of liberty (including Court of Protection applications, S21A challenges and Re X cases) and immigration/no recourse to public funds matters.

You must be able to demonstrate experience within the above areas of law.
