Locum Family Lawyer – Wiltshire – August start – £25-£35 per hour – 6 months

Venn Group is handling locum recruitment on behalf of a high-street law firm in Wiltshire. The firm requires a Locum Family Lawyer to cover a caseload of both public and privately funded family and childcare matters while they recruit permanently.

A significant proportion of the caseload will be Legal Aid work to include both care proceedings and domestic abuse. The caseload is also made up of privately-funded childcare, ancillary relief and other matrimonial matters.

This role requires a Lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE in family and childcare law with the ability to add value and autonomously handle the caseload from the outset of the assignment.

The position is due to commence in August and will last for approximately 6 months, covering for a fee earner on maternity leave. It is offering up to £35 per hour, depending on experience. Part time hours of 4 days per week will also be considered, though full-time is preferred.
