Project and Infrastructure Solicitor

The firm's project and infrastructure practice have received national acclaim as one of the leading legal advisory teams in its field, acting for numerous funders, public and private sector clients. With their client base growing, they are looking for an experienced Projects and Infrastructure to join their team.
In this role you will have a fantastic variety of work from big ticket projects, to a whole range of smaller matters. You will be working with a range of clients from a variety of structures, including major infrastructure, energy and utilities, transport, health, local authority and central government clients. Given the size of the team they will be able to ensure that you work on matters that really interest you.
The successful candidate should ideally be 5 years or more PQE, with the ability to
develop and mentor junior members of the team
actively support on or run complex transactions, liaising and leading projects with other fee earners from other relevant disciplines as needed
demonstrate commercial awareness
But most importantly, they require a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in infrastructure, energy and transport. They really do need someone who can demonstrate a knowledge of key areas of law by providing clear, precise, practical advice and together with excellent organisation skills.
