I am currently working with a successful national law firm with an network of offices spread over the country who requires a Mental Health specialist for their Birmingham team.  
 
The firm has consistently expanded, building leading teams in their chosen areas of law, consisting of Barristers, Solicitors, Paralegal, Legal Clerks and support staff and have a progressive and forward thinking approach to law. They now seek to recruit an accredited Mental Health Panel Member to represent patients detailed under civil and criminal sections of the Mental Health Act. Given the required accreditation, you will come with sufficient experience in the field of Mental Health work to run your own caseload autonomously and be able to support more junior members of the team. Local or regional connections in this area of law would also be helpful.
