Litigation Partner - Head of Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution
United Arab Emirates - Dubai
Must be confident in winning clients and building a team
Search, through professional recommendations, have been assigned a senior level position in the Middle East's commercial hub, Dubai.
The role in question is a Partnership level post for our client's growing dispute team in the region. This firm is and exceptional UK law firm who have an outstanding international presence and are tiered 1 in most disciplines of law.
Their office in Dubai has been long established in the dispute community and they intend to hire an individual who would be of the correct calibre and standing to meet the requirements of the title Partner within the office.
Candidates who are deemed suitable will have a common law background and have been admitted in either the UK, US, Australia Canada or New Zealand.
Dispute lawyers will already be in a position of seniority and comfortable with managing their own case load and that of their juniors.
In addition candidates will be expected to have some level of business that would follow them, or a confident network. This has to be a proven track record.
Ideally Dispute Partner will be able to build a team immediately around them from their current network.
The firm has a focus on high level disputes including:
- White collar banking & finance litigation
- Securities
- General Commercial Litigation
- Financial crime
- Fraud
Candidate will need to be at least 10PQE.
