Our client is a global firm with sizeable Leeds office and top quality blue-chip client base.

With a late internal decision from one of their own NQs they have come to market with an outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate NQ, paying c£44K for 2018 qualifiers.

The work will be varied commercial property matters in a highly rated team and so will be a good career start for a candidate qualifying this year who wants to consolidate their skills and enjoy the experience of being with a big brand with the support and systems that come with organisations of this size.

Given the late stage of this years NQ market this role is most likely to go to a relocator to Leeds who is specifically wanting to join a large national firm, or a candidate who had reconciled thmselves to a mid-tier salary in order to be retained who now might reconsider given the opportunity to earn top of the market money. Whilst this is a fantastic role we don't expect significant numbers of applicants, so if you are hesitant you needn't be as if you're coming from a regional commercial firm you'll have excellent odds of being shortlisted by this practice.
