East Midlands – £25-30ph DOE – July start – 2 week assignment

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer with experience handling all aspects of residential property transactions to join a fast paced firm in the East Midlands area. Our client is seeking 2 weeks assistance to provide holiday cover in July.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Fee Earner with the ability to hit the ground running. The work will involve dealing with a busy caseload of residential property transactions, plot sales and right to buys with full secretarial and paralegal assistance.

We are keen to hear from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners with experience working in a busy conveyancing team and with availability in July. The firm is located within a short walk from the train station and there is plenty of parking available. The cost of staying in the local area is very reasonable and this assignment could lead to a number of repeat bookings.
