Job Details
A leading national Law Firm is looking for an IT Trainer to join their team. The position is to be based in Northampton but to travel to their other offices as and when required. The role is full time at 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri) with a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience.
*A clean driving licence and own vehicle is essential*
They are seeking an IT Trainer to ensure that all the staff meet a minimum skill set allowing them to effectively and efficiently use the firm's software. Not only will you be delivering training, you will also be involved in discussions surrounding projects and the management of their delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and delivering training to a cross section of members of the firm
- Communication of new changes ways of working e.g promoting "paperless" working.
- Involvement of the roll out of a significant number of IT products and changes over the course of the next 12 - 18 months
- Deliver effective IT training on all products used via workshops, one-to-one or online training
- Working at all their UK offices carrying out inductions and refresher training
- Plan, design and implement a range of IT training
It is essential that you have experience delivering IT training within the Legal Sector. Any applicants without this experience won't be considered.
Essential knowledge:
- Understanding of Windows 7 and 10 operating systems
- Microsoft Office 2007-2016
- Legal or other professional service Practice / Case Management Systems
- E-Learning and Digital dictation (Bighand)
- Worksite/Filesite
