This large, well known Chambers rated firm based in Oxfordshire are seeking a Conveyancing legal Assistant to join their Bicester office.
The firm currently are very well recognised for their work in Family, Private Client, Employment, Residential & Commercial Property, and the Corporate & Commercial sector.
The Residential Conveyancing Department are seeking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant fee earner.
You will be assisting a Partner in all aspects of residential property transactions; including Sales, purchases and mortgages, and dealing with straightforward cases under supervision.
The role includes using the firms Case Management System, audio typing, telephone calls both receiving and making.
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
Dealing with day to day processes, i.e. file opening, conducting searches, drafting contracts, preparing completion statements and file closures.
You will also help cover workload in the Department when necessary.
Minimum of 1 year previous Conveyancing assistant experience is required by applicants. Salary is dependent on experience.
