Job Details
My client is a national practice based in Merseyside with a second to none reputation in Personal Injury. They have an opening for an experienced Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor to join their dedicated Serious Injury team.
The position will see you act on a caseload of Defendant Serious Injury claims from instruction through to settlement or trial. You may also assist the senior team members on complex and high value Catastrophic Injury claims, and experience in this sphere is welcomed wholeheartedly. The successful candidate will boast an amount of Serious Injury experience (ideally 2 - 6 years’ PQE, however, all PQE levels considered), preferably within a renowned Defendant firm.
The Serious Injury department boasts a diligent and dedicated team, and offers real opportunity for future progression and individual development.
Salary will be in line with experience and expertise (with a guideline of up to £45k), and includes a full and comprehensive benefits list.
The role would suit a Defendant Serious Injury Solicitor with considerable technical PI litigation experience looking to join a truly collegiate team handling the highest quality of claims.
