Construction Lawyer (Non Contentious) Bristol

Are you looking for a firm where Partners and NQ's work side on side on several transactions at any one time giving you the very best in hands on experience? The firm are very well known for their high level of expertise with the public sector, local and central government and are well-known nationwide and rated in the legal 500 firm.

They work with some of the biggest names in the industry with teams across several locations.

You will be joining a highly experienced Construction team with clients across Central and Local Government as well as a mix of different industry sectors. This variety makes for a very interesting caseload, you will deal with advisory work, procurement, project management, construction contracts, development agreements, security documentation and supply chains.

Ideally, you be a Construction Lawyer with between NQ-3 years PQE.

The firm are looking to take on more than one lawyer hence the broad range of PQE. You will have good Non-Contentious experience, although if your experience has been more heavy towards Contentious I would still urge you to apply as the firm are open minded and can give training.

Your background may be from a City, West End, Specialist or top regional firm. Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE.
