THE FIRM
A well regarded international practice has a new 5PQE+ commercial role in its London office.
THE ROLE
The International Corporate and Commercial group is looking for a general commercial lawyer with strong experience in commercial contracts and other similar commercial transactions, including drafting, negotiating and managing a wide variety of contracts (for example, services agreements, supply agreements, license agreements and other types of outsourcing and tech-focused agreements).
THE PERSON
Ideally, this candidate would also have
(a) experience with technology transactions and/or some experiencein the technology sector, and
(b) experience working on contracts or other legal projects across a variety of countries within the EMEA region.
This candidate must be a "self-starter" with very strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience dealing directly with clients.
