Senior Commercial Property Solicitor - North London
 
A Senior Commercial Pproperty Solicitor role has arisen within the North London office of a leading regional law firm.
 
This firm have 3 offices across North London and Hertfordshire and provide a wide-service offering. They have a particularly strong property department with a team of 6 focused on commercial property. The department is growing and as such this will be a new hire. This is a rare opportunity to join as the majority of their staff are retained and progress internally from pre-qualification stage.
 
You will be given a broad caseload of commercial property files to handle upon joining, but as the role develops you will also be asked to generate work of your own and contribute to the ongoing growth of the department. An exisiting folllowing would be seen as particularly favourable.
 
To be successful in your application you will possess the following attributes:

• Qualified Solicitor - 5 years' PQE+
• Autonomous and able to handle a busy commercial property caseload without supervision
• Be comfortable working in a high-paced environment
• Keen to help further development the department

Full-time candidates would be preferred, but part-time candidates may also be considered.
