Job Title: Credit Hire Litigator

Job description: This is an excellent opportunity for a Credit Hire Litigator to join an established firm in Manchester.
The successful candidate will be:
- Handling their own caseload of claimant credit hire matters, to include small claims, fast track and MOJ files
- Seeing cases through from inception to completion
- Updating the case management system
- Dealing with pre and post litigated claims
- Negotiating settlements
Company benefits include: 25 days holiday, company car scheme and annual performance bonus
Applications are welcome from Fee Earners and Solicitors with experience dealing with Credit Hire.
Salary: up to £30,000
