Clinical Negligence Lawyer

Clinical Negligence Lawyer - A Cardiff law firm have an urgent requirement for a clinical negligence lawyer. The clinical negligence lawyer will have a very good background in claimant clinical negligence and will be required to manage a clinical negligence caseload including a variety of cases such as; complex, high value claims both pre and post issue. It is essential the clinical negligence lawyer is a qualified Solicitor or legal executive or equivalent with experience of working on a clinical negligence litigated caseload.

Duties/Responsibilities:
•Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims;
• To supervise within the group under the direction of the group leader;
• To participate in team training and marketing activities;
• To participate in the auditing of cases as and when required and to maintain the groups case management procedures.

Skills/Competencies required:
This is a busy and demanding role and a high standard of performance is expected, with the ability to deal sensitively with clients and professionally with experts. As a team player the clinical negligence lawyer will be sufficiently confident with clinical negligence law and procedures and be able to use your own initiative.
