Job Details
My client, a successful and well regarded Southport based Firm is currently searching for an experienced Conveyancer (Residential Property) to join the team.
We are searching for somebody who can offer excellent client care and confidence to manage the caseload with the help of an Assistant. Your role will be to manage the caseload from inception to completion for a full spectrum of Property matters. This is also a good chance to work with an Assistant and hone their own skill mix, identifying opportunities for development for them and the department.
To be considered you will need to have experience of the following along with 2 years of practical experience.
Strong experience in using Microsoft office tools - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Strong experience using TaskFlow, Mattersphere
Raising, checking and responding to additional enquiries within your technical abilities and experience
Signing off AML checks and Customer Due Diligence
Working knowledge of the CQS Protocol, Conveyancing Association Protocol, CML, & BSA Handbooks
Experience of sales, purchase, freehold, leasehold, Re-mortgage, new build, unregistered property.
