Ambitious Private Client lawyer is sought by a successful and profitable provincial multi office private practice.
This long established and highly regarded Lexcel accredited firm takes pride in the first class yet practical services they offer to their business and private clients. Due to continued growth and succession they are seeking a new solicitor and or Legal executive for the Wills and Probate team.
The private client department deal with the full range of private client matters to include will drafting, estate administration, estate planning, discretionary and protective trusts, and tax planning. It is hoped that the successful applicant will have a real interest in personal tax and trusts along with more general private client matters. There is an existing caseload and you will be used to running your own files and diary with admin support.
