RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - NORTH NOTTINGHAMSHIRE

This well run general practice with several offices in North Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire is looking for an additional Residential Conveyancing fee earner, be that a Solicitor, an ILEX, or a candidate with practical experience yet without a traditional qualification. With a dominant profile in their locality, they act for a local client base on a whole range of transactional conveyancing work, and so they are wanting someone who is used to a varied caseload and a lot of client contact - communication skills are particularly important for this role.

The firm has some flexibility to either give you your own caseload, or to put a less experienced lawyer in direct support of a busy partner to share responsibilities on their files. They do want a decent base level of practical experience on arrival to the level of at least being able to run your own sales transactions. That said, nthusiasm and commitment to client service is also vitally important and so this firm will give credit to candidates at the earlier stages of their career but who have the right attitude to succeed in residential property work.
