Your new role
This position will be situated in the firms Private Client Practice Group which offers leading excellence service and advice for companies across the UK. Their clinical negligence team, where you will sit, advises private clients on complains and claims involving any type of medical negligence brought against them.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor with up to 3 years experience, you should be capable and confident running your own caseload of low to medium value claims pre and post litigation to endure the best result is attained. You should be able to provide excellent client care and have a personable and professional approach. You should have an in depth knowledge of the CPR and Court rules and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. You should be IT literate and have a full clean driving license.
