My client is an extremely well established, boutique family law firm, with offices in Surrey and Hampshire. The firm have won multiple awards and have a fantastic reputation across the regions, acting across all aspects of privately funded family law for a HNW client base around the Surrey and Hampshire region.
Due to a consistently growing workload, there is now a rare opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join the team, working out of the Guildford office. This will be a requirement for a full-time individual who is capable of working autonomously and has a demonstrated history of results. Candidates will be considered at Senior Associate and Partner level and will have the opportunity to grow and develop their own team, whilst joining a business that already has a fantastic reputation locally.
The work is focused almost entirely towards HNW divorce and separation, encompassing pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitee disputes and a small element of private childcare. Candidates with a minimum of five years' high net worth experience in these areas are encouraged to apply and previous management experience will be considered a bonus.
