Head of Compliance, Quality & Risk

To £90k Head of Compliance, Quality & Risk at respected professional services organisation

National multi-office professional services organisation seeks a senior compliance specialist to work with the management team to spearhead all aspects of quality standards and risk management, as well as assisting with in-house claims, litigation and professional conduct complaints and concerns.

This is a key strategic role and the successful individual will be responsible for Implementing and communicating a compliance program and embedding this into the business culture, ensuring compliance with policies, procedure, laws, regulations and client standards. You will manage the compliance team, Implement appropriate training sessions, provide impartial advice and guidance to stakeholders and manage quality standards such as Lexcel, Investors in People, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. Additionally you will ensure regular monitoring and prepare appropriate reports and metrics, manage external audit processes and undertake and manage investigations. You will be the first point of call to answer queries on outcome focused regulations, The Bribery Act, anti-money laundering, data protection etc. The appointee will support the anti-money laundering team and conduct and Implement quality standards required by key clients.

The ideal individual will already be carrying out a similar role and will have strong commercial acumen and a desire to drive strategic best practice.
