Are you a Commercial Property Lawyer looking for a fantastic new opportunity?
A global legal practise are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join them on a permanent, full time basis at their offices based in Birmingham. The firm are a leading commercial law practise, and have built a desirable reputation. They are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to handle the high quality work from their varied client base.
You will be managing a range of commercial property matters, including lease work, planning and construction, acquisitions and disposals, financing whilst providing advice to a varied client base, including Fortune 100 companies. You will have the ability to work alongside a diverse Commercial Property team, including partners and associates.
The right candidate will:
- Qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years PQE
- Proven background in dealing with a Commercial Property caseload
- Able to work autonomously, whilst alongside a diverse team
