Opportunity for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor who is looking to take that career step up and join a leading Top Legal 50 national Law firm.
This forward thinking leading Legal 50 law firm have a proven track record for success and are looking for a 1+ PQE Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join their recognised Real Estate property team in Southampton.
This is a key placement for someone looking to progress as they have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting stage of growth. The role will be focusing on general commercial real estate (including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and development) acting for developers, investors and corporate occupiers through to banks and funders.
This Southampton-based role as a Real Estate Solicitor / Associate Solicitor will involve:
• Handling high value transactions
• Clear career path to progress from the outset with the opportunity to work towards Partnership
• Being active in business development
