Conveyancing Solicitor

A Legal500 firm are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join the conveyancing team in the Runcorn office. You must have experience handling a full caseload independently and will handle between 50 - 70 files. The firm offer flexible working and highly encourage progression into a Senior fee earning or managerial position.

You will be handling a full Conveyancing caseload of 50 -70 files from instruction to post completion and there is paralegal support available. You will work directly alongside the partner who will encourage development and progression within the firm.

This particular role has arisen due to an increase in Conveyancing instructions - the firm do not want to be turning work way and are therefore looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor. The work is generated from the local client base including referrals from estate agents and mortgage brokers.

Salary for this role is upto £40k (dependent on experience) + bonus. There are also very strong progression opportunities into a senior fee earning position or managerial position depending on how you would like your career to progress.
