As Lead Solicitor you will advise Authority, including its Board, Committees, senior management, on a wide range of employment law, HR, industrial relations and equalities issues, taking into account legislation and policy requirements.

You will represent the Authority at employment tribunals and courts throughout the UK, including the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.
